Not On Purpose, I Promise!

I realize how neglectful I have been and please know, it’s not on purpose!  I have been trying to catch up and made it to the middle of February just today….. any luck, I’ll be finished February Quilts and be well into March by the time April rolls around!

Here are some quilts that I missed putting on the blog, and some things I have been working on lately.

This is Sue’s Grandma Quilt.  She made it to snuggle up with her Grandbabies at story time.  She used scraps from her stash and a wool batt makes it extra cozy and soft.

This is Ali’s Quilt.  She did a great job on her log cabin, soothing colours and cool design!

This is Heather’s Fruitcake Christmas Quilt.  It was made with Moda’s Fruitcake line by Basic Grey.  She got the pattern from a Quilter Magazine.  It was originally made with a candy motif fabric, but Heather saw this fabric working for her!  (She did have it in time for Christmas).

This is another one of Sue’s Quilts.  She put together this Hunter’s Star out of some fabrics from the Hoffman Gypsy Princess line.  The glittery fabric lends itself very well to the design!

This is Libby’s Quilt, she and her daughter handpieced all of the drunkard’s path blocks and then put it away for a few years.  I love hearing these stories and seeing the quilts!

This is Lauren’s Christmas Quilt – it was soooo much fun to work on.  Each block was so cute.  I think she said it was a Block of the Month.
